1) Full wedding plan
The horse and carriage brings bride to the church.
After the ceremony the bride and groom greet their quests and then enter the carriage for a short ride returning to the church to take pictures inside.
After pictures
the bride and groom enter the carriage we drive to a place to take pictures like in a park.
After pictures we head for the reception.
Remember when traveling in the carriage it takes 1 hour to go 5 miles.

2)Outdoor wedding plans if every thing is located at the same place.
We can bring the bride up to the isle.
After the ceremony the bride and groom greet their guest and then return to the carriage for a short ride and pictures.

After you greet your guests the bride and groom enter the carriage for a short ride and pictures.

Use the carriage just for an entrance to the reception

5)Multiple carriage plan
The bride and groom use the white Vis-a-vis carriage and the wedding party uses a wagonette which holds up to 12 or the hay ride wagon which holds 20 to go to the reception.

While the bride and groom take the carriage the wedding party follows in a limo or trolley.
We do not have limo's or trolleys

7) Outdoor wedding from parking to ceremony
If your outdoor wedding is located in a field and parking is a short distance from ceremony we can transport the guest to the ceremony from the parking area with the 20 passenger wagon.
Then bring in the wedding party
and then the bride in the wedding carriage

Bee Tree Trail's romantic white horse drawn limousine service makes for a breath
taking entrance to an outdoor wedding ceremony site. The bride and her father can arrive
at your preferred wedding site in this romantic four passenger cinderella style horse drawn
Limousine being pulled by two white or dapple grey horses or a single dapple grey percheron horse
all dressed in a show style harness with ribbons and bows. Your driver will also be
wearing eye catching formal wear from Capitol Tuxedo located in the Harrisburg area
to make it complete
After the wedding ceremony the bride and groom enter the horse drawn carriage and
go on a romantic ride enjoying each others smile, relaxing to the sound of the
horses walking on the hard surface. People will be waving and congratulating you on
this wedding day as we tour the country side making our way to that romantic place where
we take time for your photographer to take pictures and visit with the driver and the horse
or horses that are helping to make your wedding day the best ever.
Don't forget the wedding party! They are your best friends and they
may also enjoy this horse drawn transportation ride following you in a twelve
passenger wagonette or for larger parties, our twenty passenger horse drawn limousine
both can be decorated to your liking with flowers, wedding bells, or what ever you may
choose.
For those that enjoy a romantic winter wedding we have a four passenger horse drawn sleigh, snow
or dry we will travel easily down the road with one or two horses.
We are capable of traveling to almost any wedding site in Pa, NJ,
NY, De, or Oh. We need your address to be able to give quotes and some idea what you
would like us to do. $100 dollar deposit will hold your date for your wedding.

We have had couples from Virginia and as far as North Carolina come here for a berks county weddings.
Horse drawn transportation can be fun for
every one young and old. We have a horse drawn wagon that holds up to 20 adults, this horse drawn
transportation can be used for, hayrides, along with the horse drawn hayrides we offer a campfire
ride which includes hot dogs and soft drinks and if your lucky my wife Susie will have baked that day.
The hay ride wagon does not have hay on the wagon but has bench seats running the lenght of the wagon.
We offer horse drawn country carriage rides for dinner to local restaurants and even horse drawn wagon rides for dinner to local restaurants in case the whole family
and friends wish to go. We have great hotels and resturants we recommend such as Olde 22 Inn Hotel Restaurant, Blue MTN Restaurant and Haags Hotel and Restaurant.
How far does Bee Tree Trail travel? To almost any location with in reason and
where we don't have to fly, not our favorite thing. We like to keep our furry friends on the ground.

we pulled a covered wagon. We also have been in other parades such as Rehrersburg and Lancaster pulling a horse drawn hearse for a funeral home inn Lancaster. We also displayed and competed with our cinderella carriage in Harrisburg Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center on PCN.
How long is Bee Tree Trail available ? All Year round, in the winter we also have horse
drawn sleigh rides in Shartlesville Pa. You don't want to miss out on a horse drawn sleigh ride, the white
snow and the sound of the sleigh bells as we travel across open feilds and through the orchards, on a full
moon lite night it is so romantic, we even had some proposals and a 50th anniversary on the sleigh ride,
to some its an experience of a life time.
